The Support life of a version is defined as a minimum of two (2) years or 18 months following the release of the subsequent version
Fixes provided in the support time-frame will require an upgrade to the latest service pack within the version
An End of Life announcement will be published at least 90 days before EOL
The End of Life date may be extended beyond two (2) years and an announcement will be published in such case
